Financial contributions will be used as designated and River City Vineyard will undertake all reasonable efforts to use your contribution as designated. Reasons why your donation might not be able to be used as designated could include, but are not limited to:

• Sufficient funds have already been received for the designated project, program, or area
• Newly developed legal restrictions prevent River City Vineyard from carrying out the project

If, for any reason, it is not possible to use the gift for the purpose, or in the area designated, I agree that River City Vineyard may use my gift for another similar purpose, or in another area.

Please note: River City Vineyard will not refund any donation transaction and all donation transactions will be in CAD or USD Dollar currency.

All contributions made online will receive an e-receipt. All contributions of $25 or more, will  also be mailed out between January 1st and February 28th following the year the contribution was received.
